Meet Frank Pellegrino

Frank Pellegrino is a neuro-affirming, patient-centred social worker who supports adults experiencing stress, anxiety, and neurodivergence. He also works closely with NDIS participants, providing functional capacity assessments, building care teams, and advocating for participant-led goals.
Frank completed his Bachelor of Social Work at Victoria University, graduating with Distinction. His studies focused on trauma-informed care, therapeutic support, advocacy, family work practices, mental health, and community development. Frank’s education has shaped his holistic, strengths-based approach to client care.
Frank’s approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and focused on empowering each client to feel heard, respected, and in control of their journey. He works alongside individuals to understand their unique experiences and to connect them with the right supports to thrive.
