Emma is a highly skilled practitioner with dual qualifications as both an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and a Physiotherapist. This unique combination allows her to deliver a truly integrated approach to injury recovery, rehabilitation, and performance. With expertise in both fields, Emma bridges the gap between hands-on treatment and tailored exercise programs, ensuring her clients achieve long-term results.

Having worked in private practice for the past several years, Emma specialises in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, including chronic pain management. She understands the complexity of chronic pain and applies evidence-based strategies to help clients regain control, confidence, and strength.

Emma takes an active rehabilitation approach, encouraging movement as a pathway to recovery. Whether you’re overcoming an injury, managing a long-term condition, or aiming to improve your mobility and function, Emma’s combined expertise will guide you every step of the way. Her passion is helping you get back to doing what you love—stronger and more resilient than before.

Luke brings over 6 years of clinical experience to the team at Fortify Fitness. With his extensive background in personal training, Luke specialises in strength and conditioning, helping clients of all ages and fitness levels.

Since completing his Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Deakin University in 2018, Luke is dedicated to supporting his patients through clinical exercise.

He believes in empowering his patients to take control of their health and wellbeing by creating tailored, self-managing exercise & lifestyle plans that promote long-term health and fitness benefits.

Luke’s passion truly shines when it comes to working with individuals facing neurological challenges such as Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s disease, and Stroke. He approaches each individual with empathy and determination. Striving to improve the lives of his patients.

Luke’s strong values towards patient centred care, working alongside all healthcare providers helps to ensure positive patient outcomes. With extensive knowledge and experience as a Rehab Consultant, Luke understands how navigating work cover claims can be overwhelming. Rest assured with the support from Luke you’re in good hands.

Matt Elphick is the passionate and dedicated director of Fortify Movement & Health and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science (Clinical Practice) from Victoria University.

He has extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients and focuses on enhancing general health and well-being, with specialised support for clients living with disabilities, neurodiverse individuals, and those within the LGBTQIA+ community. Matt’s empathetic and inclusive approach ensures that everyone feels seen, heard, and supported on their journey toward better health.

As a proud member and strong supporter of the Rainbow Network, Matt is committed to creating safe and affirming spaces for his clients. He is a firm believer in tailoring movement and health solutions that celebrate each person’s individuality, empowering them to move confidently and live fully.
