Accredited Personal Trainer, Matt Elphick has been changing lives through fitness and mental wellbeing for Williamstown and Altona locals for over 10 years. Having worked in the biggest health clubs in Australia, Matt specialises in combining fitness, and structured strength programs, he takes a fully holistic approach towards your goals.

Whatever fitness goal you have, Matt will help you achieve it. Throughout your training, a multi-directional approach is constantly being analysed to make sure your mindset, nutrition and training structure are well in balance.

Personal Trainer & Holistic Lifestyle Coach

Mette is an holistic thinker, trainer and facilitator. She is from Denmark and passionate about movement and training that gives you strength, confidence and courage. Her training is compiled from the most effective elements from neuroscience, weightlifting, sensorimotor training, breathing techniques, exercise as medicine, and functional training. She believes you get access to more of the strength you already possess when you stimulate your nervous system and muscles to create a change without exhausting or overloading yourself.

Mette is on a mission to make applied neuroscience, exercise training and social psychology accessible to all. She is the go-to person when it comes to turning the cutting-edge insights of neuroscience into down-to-earth tools and training for learning, change management and movement.

Proud founder of Physical Insight; previously known as Complete Body Health and Fitness (CBH Fitness), Adrian is dedicated to helping as many people as possible with their health to enable them to live their best lives.  

Adrian has over 22 years experience with athletes, coaches and managers ranging from a variety of sports, athletic, martial arts, dance professionals, state and national athletes, corporate clients, high profile clientele and the general public. 

He develops specific rehabilitation and chronic disease training programs, sport specific training techniques, elite training sessions and specific educational programs for sports, coaches and athletes Australia wide.

Adrian offers training workshops to individuals, gym members, athletes, fitness professionals and sporting clubs. Providing the opportunity for all to learn from one of Australia’s leading fitness, health, performance and training professionals.
